Do you offer a refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may contact our customer support team within 14 days of sign up to request a refund. We will issue a full refund on your service fees, less any setup fees.

You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your account at any time. Oh, and unlike the other guys, we don’t require you to contact us to cancel. You can do it yourself, right within the application.
